Dr. Garemani is our specialist in Orthodontics. He is Board Certified and has more than 25 years of experience.
Dr. Garemani is known for his gentle character and kindness. He has created many beautiful smiles and enjoys seeing his patients happy. Dr. Garemani is excellent in encouraging patients as well as their family members to become actively involved since their initial consultation and is very committed to their satisfaction. He strives to achieve the highest level of excellence so that patients can enjoy their healthy, pleasing smile. Dr. Garemani spends his free time with his family, and is known for being a very talented potter. He is a member of American Association of Orthodontics and Diplomate American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Hovsep Koshkerian
General Dentist
Dr. Koshkerian has been in practice for 5 years and has helped establish Hamlin Dental Group.
‘Dr. Joe’ as he is known to his patients, is very dedicated to his work and is well respected for his gentleness and skills. He works with his patients, giving the utmost care from the first greeting. He always tries to make every individual’s experience as comforting and as easy as possible. He has an enormous amount of patience and is extremely caring. Dr. Koshkerian is fluent in English, Arabic and Armenian.
Dr. Makan Vafadar
General Dentist
Dr. Vafa graduated from The Johannes Gutenberg University, Germany, in 1980. Dr. Vafa has been licensed in the State of California since theyear 2000. A general dentist for over 3 decades in Europe and the U.S. , his experience includes all facets of dentistry.
Performing excellent precision in the dentistry profession, the friendly Dr. is known for his gentle care among all of his patients. Setting the Dr. apart and above others is his priority to see patients happy, while providing top quality care, second to none. Being fluent in English, German, and Farsi, the Dr. gladly reaches out to a variety of communities, spreading happiness everywhere along the way.

Dr. Diane Costandi, DDS, MS Periodontist
Dr. Diane Costandi received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2012. She then completed an Advanced Periodontology Residency at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2015 while also reviving a Masters of Science degree in craniofacial biology.
Prior to completing her dental degree, Dr. Costandi also completed a Bachelor of Science in molecular, cell and developmental biology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Costandi is Board Certified in Periodontics and belongs to:

In her free time, Dr. Costandi enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her two daughters and son.
Dr. Kiomars Ghaznavi
General Dentist
Dr. Kiomars Ghaznavi has over 20 years experience in the dental field, and joined our Hamlin Dental Group team in 2016. His background includes working in several countries in Asia and Europe.
Dr. Ghaznavi strongly believes in offering excellent patient care while providing a well-rounded group of services including cosmetic dentistry. In his spare time Dr. Ghaznavi enjoys traveling and some physical activity. He also has a lifelong passion for reading fact literature. He is fluent in Farsi, English, Swedish and is in the process of learning Spanish. Dr. Ghaznavi is looking forward to providing the best service for you and your family.
Dr. Mina Davar
General Dentist
Dr. Davar earned her second DDS degree from UCLA school of dentistry in 2019. She takes pride in providing high-quality, minimally invasive, biomimetic-oriented, and highly esthetic dental treatment. She dedicates the time to understand the patient’s desires and concerns to develop the best treatment plan for each patient.
Mina Davar, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist. She brings extensive education and experience to the care of her patients and is committed to providing the latest treatments available. Dr. Davar received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Tehran Azad University, School of Dentistry in Iran, where she practiced dentistry for four years. She completed a prosthodontics preceptorship program at the University of Los Angeles, California. During her time at UCLA, she authored multiple publications in periodontal disease and peri-implantitis. Dr. Davar was published in the Journal of Periodontology, the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, and the Journal of Oral Implantology.

Dr. Diana Medina
Oral Surgeon and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist
Dr. Medina was raised in Bogota, Colombia, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Rochester School and graduated Valedictorian. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1996, Cum Laude in the field of research, from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota. She remained at Javeriana completing her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery degree in 2002, Magna Cum Laude in the field of research. During this period (2001) Dr Medina incorporated an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Externship into her training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She then came to California, where she validated all of her dental training and completed a surgical internship at the University of California in Los Angeles in 2003. Dr. Medina completed her senior residency in 2006 at Temple University in Philadelphia.
During her internship and residency, Dr. Medina received extensive training in facial reconstruction and orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, anesthesia techniques, dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, and the surgical placement of dental implants. Dr. Medina has been licensed to practice dentistry in California since 2002.
Dr. Medina is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is also a member of the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Medina is dedicated to her family. She enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two children. As an added bonus, Dr Medina is fluent in Spanish. Professionally, having devoted years in education, training, research, and patient care, Dr. Medina looks forward to interacting closely with you and providing care for your patients meeting their individual needs through her expertise and compassionate care.
